General Terms

ck44m ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates as an online casino and sportsbook providing services to players based in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ck44m and the registered account holder ("you", "the Player", "the User") with respect to use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether written or oral.

ck44m reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the ck44m platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms apply to all services offered by ck44m, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, crash games, fishing games, virtual sports, and any promotional offers or bonus programs operated by ck44m.

ck44m operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption, certified fair-play game providers, and responsible gaming tools. ck44m does not make specific claims about regulatory approvals from any particular governmental body. Account Registration

To access betting, gaming, and financial services on ck44m, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. ck44m operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. • Accurate Information: You must ensure that all details provided during registration are truthful. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck44m login credentials. ck44m will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• Valid Email Required: A valid email address is required for account verification, password recovery, and important platform communications. ck44m is not responsible for missed communications resulting from an invalid or inaccessible email address.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are generally processed instantly and credited to your ck44m account in real time. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within five minutes, subject to network availability. ck44m does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ck44m bears no responsibility.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by ck44m within one business hour during normal operating conditions and are typically received by the player's registered payment method within ten to thirty minutes thereafter. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with support.
• Own-Account Rule: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a BDT payment account registered in your own legal name. ck44m will not process transactions to or from third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Verification: ck44m reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any deposit identified as fraudulent, charged-back, or reversed by the payment provider will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds credited as a result of that transaction.

Bonus Terms

ck44m offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms and to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

Bonuses are credited to your ck44m account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for ck44m deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Any bonus or associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account without further notice. ck44m reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, but will not remove a bonus already in the process of being wagered provided the player has met the qualifying conditions.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification. ck44m reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as stated in each promotion) before withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed using bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement at the rate specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated winnings expire within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or transferred.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the ck44m bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or providing false information during registration — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, ck44m reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount before processing.

User Obligations

By using the ck44m platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with all applicable laws. You accept that ck44m is providing a service in good faith and that you will not take any action that could harm the integrity of the platform, other players, or ck44m's reputation or operations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ck44m is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck44m makes no warranty that access to or use of the platform is legal in every location from which it may be accessed. It is your responsibility to seek independent legal advice if you are unsure about the legality of online gaming in your area.

• Lawful Use: You agree to use ck44m solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the platform, including systematic data harvesting, automated wagering scripts, or use of the platform for money laundering, is strictly prohibited.
• Own Account Use: You agree to access and use only your own registered ck44m account. Accessing another player's account, whether with or without their knowledge, is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, dishonest, or manipulative behaviour including but not limited to: chargebacks, payment fraud, collusion, match-fixing, and the use of software bots or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Respectful Conduct: You agree to treat ck44m staff and other players with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at ck44m support agents or other users will result in account suspension.
• Device and Network Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access ck44m are secure. ck44m is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account via an insecure device or network.
• Accurate Account Information: You agree to keep your registration details current and accurate. Notify ck44m promptly if any registered details change, particularly your email address or BDT payment method.

Account Closure

You have the right to close your ck44m account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat facility. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4. Any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

ck44m reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, including where ck44m has reason to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity has occurred; (c) the account is being used in a manner that presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or (d) continuing to operate the account would expose ck44m to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by ck44m for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered BDT payment method within five business days.

Limitation of Liability

ck44m provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ck44m takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, security, and performance, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck44m's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ck44m shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procuring substitute services. This limitation applies regardless of whether ck44m has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that incorrectly credits or debits a player's account, ck44m reserves the right to correct the balance. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not payable.
• Force Majeure: ck44m shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events outside ck44m's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or network infrastructure failures.
